Nick Donaldson (Non-executive Chairman)
Nick is a barrister by profession, and was until recently head of corporate finance at Arbuthnot Securities Limited. He has spent the majority of his career to date in investment banking, and has previously held senior positions at Robert W Baird Limited and at Credit Lyonnais Securities. He is a non-executive director of Games Workshop Group plc and of The Clapham House Group plc.

Tim Gatland, Chief Executive
Tim is an experienced software professional, with more than 20 years in a variety of development roles. In addition to running a medium-sized software development company, Tim has advised various venture capital firms on investments in software companies, including several games companies. Between 2000 and 2002, Tim was the operational manager for VIS Entertainment plc, a large game developer in the UK and creator of the commercially successful State of Emergency title.

Charles McMicking, Director
Charles is a Director of Noble Fund Managers (part of Noble and Company) and is responsible for advising Enterprise Venture Capital Trust plc. Charles has reviewed the investment potential of the games sector for over five years, and was instrumental in establishing Fund4games. He is responsible for ensuring the viability of potential publishers and subcontracted developers.
